Country Valley was originally opened in 1858 and has been run tirelessly by the Fairley family ever since on the green rolling hills of Picton. Their beloved herd of diary cows are carefully reared and nurtured, some even call it pampered, to produce farm fresh products including milk, yoghurt and cream.

You'll find Country Valley products used in a number of cafes and restaurants in the Dilly, throughout Sydney and Greater NSW. You can also pick up their products from local grocers, markets and supermarkets.
