Gordon's Bargo Quality Meats is a traditional family owned butchery, combining today's food trends with 50 years expertise to bring the finest cuts of premium grade lamb, pork, beef, veal and poultry from local NSW farmers to your table. The butchery is also home to NSW's 'Sausage King Champion' winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for gourmet sausages!
Be sure to try their traditional slow baked, wood smoked hams and bacon which are prepared and cooked on premises. They are also bulk meat specialists and offer private kills.
