The evening will commence at 6.30pm with a Petanque tournament on the Green accompanied by Australian Sparkling White Chardonnay.
At 7.30pm, a selection of our hand-made cheeses will be served on the verandah.
Dinner will proceed inside at Earth Hour 8.00pm comprising of Certified Organic ingredients which have been produced on the premises or sourced locally, illuminated by natural , beeswax candlelight.
DRESS: Cocktail COST: $95.00 per person which includes complimentary Certified Organic Wine.
10% will be donated to the world wildlife fund to assist in the promotion of Earth Hour globally.
